Angelina Jolie is undoubtedly on the top of every man’s wish list. Alyy Khan, the actor who’s done a vanishing act from the Indian television and film world, is the lucky man who will work with the sexy star in ‘A Mighty Heart’. “I am playing an important character in the film directed by Micheal Winterbottom, and Angelina is playing Mariane Pearl in it,” says Khan.
The film is based on the Wall Street Journal reporter Daniel Pearl, who was abducted in Pakistan.
The actor now resides in London and is married to his love Chandani who he met in Karachi. “I am pretty happy with my life in England. Both my marriage and my career are now running smoothly,” Khan says. His long association with television has done more good for him in the UK. He’s making a mark for himself in Britain’s popular television series —ITV’s Sharpe’s ‘Challenge and the BBC’s The Bill’. “India is home for me and so is the Indian television industry. The ‘out of sight, out of mind’ syndrome exists in our country. So, I have signed up with Percept as an anchor for their talent management series,” says Khan.
