Actor-politician Dharmendra was admitted to PGIMER here after he complained of uneasiness and chest discomfort but was discharged this afternoon.
Dharmendra, 74, was hospitalised last night following "uneasiness and chest discomfort", a spokeswoman of the post
graduate Institute of Medical Education and Research said.
Dharmendra, a former member of Parliament, was kept under observation and was examined by a team of doctors, she said.
He was discharged this afternoon after his condition turned stable, she said.
His actor-son Sunny Deol was with him when the popular screen star left the hospital.
Dharmendra has numerous hit Hindi films to his credit including blockbuster Sholay.
He is currently in Punjab shooting Hindi flick Yamla Pagla Deewana featuring his sons Sunny and Bobby Deol.
