One original web series will be launched every month. On Monday, nine Hindi web series, three Hindi short films, two Marathi web series, two Telugu web series, two Tamil web series, one Malayalam and one Bengali movie were announced.
Life Sahi Hai, Lock Down, The Story and Babbar ka Tabbar are some of the shows.
The event was graced by several TV and film stars.
The launch of ZEE5, Zee Entertainment Enterprises Ltd’s brand new digital entertainment platform, was announced by Amit Goenka, CEO, ZEE International and Z5 Global, on February 14, 2018.

ZEE5 offers content in 12 languages.
Viewers can watch content in languages including English, Hindi, Bengali, Malayalam, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Marathi, Oriya, Bhojpuri, Gujarati and Punjabi. They can also choose their preferred display language from English, Hindi, Bengali, Malayalam, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Marathi, Bhojpuri, Gujarati and Punjabi.
