2013 celebrated 100 years of Indian cinema and broke years of box office records with back-to-back blockbusters. To honour and celebrate Bollywood's best, Zee is back with Zee Cine Awards 2014. Here is a look at the nominations:

Nominations for the Best Film for the year 2013

Aashiqui 2

Aashiqui 2 is a musical love story of two lovers who go through love and hate, fame and failure in their lives. The film starring Aditya Roy Kapoor and Shraddha Kapoor was directed by Mohit Suri.

Bhaag Milkha Bhaag

Bhaag Milkha Bhaag is based on the truth behind the ascension of Milkha Singh "The Flying Sikh", who was scarred because of the India-Pakistan partition. The film has Farhan Akhtar and Sonam Kapoor in the lead and is directed by Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra.

Chennai Express

Chennai Express, from director Rohit Shetty's stable, starred Shah Rukh Khan and Deepika Padukone in lead roles. The film revolved around their journey together.

Dhoom 3

Dhoom 3 is a 2013 Hindi action thriller film, written and directed by Vijay Krishna Acharya and produced by Aditya Chopra. It has Aamir Khan, Abhishek Bachchan, Katrina Kaif, Uday Chopra and Jackie Shroff in lead roles.

Ramleela

Ramleela is a modern adaptation of Romeo & Juliet. It has Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone in the lead roles and has been directed by Sanjay Leela Bhansali.

Yeh Jawani Hai Deewani

Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani is the story of the relationship between two characters, Bunny (Ranbir Kapoor) & Naina (Deepika Padukone), at two separate but defining times in their lives. The film has been directed by Ayan Mukherjee.
