Zayn Malik is gearing up for the launch of his second album, the name of which is still a mystery. In the run-up to this highly anticipated follow up of his first album, Mind of Mine, the former One Direction member has been giving periodically boost to fan frenzy with single releases from the new album and a few covers of popular songs of different artists.

The latest cover by Zayn will make any Salman Khan or Bollywood film lovers Tuesday. The 25-year-old singer unveiled a dubstep style reimagining of the signature track of Salman Khan starrer Race 3.

'Allah Duhai Hai' track was first introduced in 2008 movie starring Saif Ali Khan, Katrina Kaif, Anil Kapoor in the leading roles. Different renditions of the song have been a common thread apart from the suspense-thriller theme of the stories.

The original song was composed by Pritam and featured vocals of Sunidhi Chauhan and Neeraj Shridhar. For Race 2 in 2013, Pritam roped in Atif Aslam, Vishal Dadlani, Anushka Manchanda, Ritu Pathak & Michie One to sing the song.

Race 3 changed the cast, with exception of Anil Kapoor, that included Salman Khan, Bobby Deol, and Jacqueline Fernandez in lead roles. For the third version of 'Allah Duhai Hai,' director Remo D'Souza enlisted the help of JAM8 (Tushar Joshi) to revamp the original created by Pritam and lyricist Sameer. Amit Mishra, Jonita Gandhi & Sreerama Chandra provided the vocal and Raja Kumari did the rapping part.

Taking inspiration from the third song, Zayn Malik twisted the music to give it more Dubstep/EDM undertones. While the beats of this reincarnation are interesting, what hurts the ear used to listening to Hindi Bollywood songs it Zayn's imperfect diction. Nothing a bit of training can't improve.

Zayn has released six songs from his upcoming album that features interesting collaborations with the likes of Timbaland and Nicki Minaj.
