Zareen Khan gears up to take flying lessons

Actor Zareen Khan, who recently turned 25 made a birthday resolution of sorts this year. The actor who was a part of an ensemble cast of Housefull 2 that opened to a great response has decided to now pursue her dream of learning to fly. The actor has apparently decided to be a pilot long before her film debut. Zareen made her debut with actor Salman Khan in Veer and she was recently a part of the comic caper with actors Akshay Kumar and John Abraham.

A source close to the actor reveals that Zareen did not always want to be an actor. Before she entered Bollywood, her dream job was to become a pilot. But her financial conditions didn’t allow her to take flying lessons. The source says, “Zareen did not have the kind of resources required to take lessons to become a pilot. She had to put that dream on hold because she could not afford to take up lessons that were burning a hole in her pocket. Soon after that, she made up her mind to enter the glamorous world of Bollywood, where she is now one of the new faces.”

After Veer, not too many good offers came her way. She was also compared to actor Katrina Kaif all the time. Zareen wanted to create her own identity and carve her own niche, something that Housefull 2 has helped her do. She is now more confident of herself and now that the film has done so well she thinks it is time for her to fulfill her long lost wish. The source reveals, “Zareen is very happy with the way her career is moving ahead. She thinks it is time for her to now pursue her dream. She is going to very soon enroll for a pilot flying course and give her exams and realise her dream of flying high.”
