You won't believe how 'Sasura Bada Paisawala' fame Bhojpuri actress Rani Chatterjee looked back in her childhood

Bhojpuri actress Rani Chatterjee has carved a special niche for herself in Bhojpuri films. The actress starred in the 2004 release Sasura Bada Paisawala which is considered to be the biggest hit in Bhojpuri film industry. Rani made her debut with the film opposite Bhojpuri superstar Manoj Tiwari and their pairing was much appreciated by the masses. Before entering Bhojuri cinema, Rani had also earned the title of Miss Kolkata. 

Rani is popular for her beauty and acting skills. A childhood picture of the actress has surfaced online and has gone viral on social media platforms. The actress as pretty in her childhood picture as she does now. Rani is looking very cute and innocent in the viral pic. Nobody would have imagined that the girl in the picture will go on to become one of the top actresses in the Bhojpuri film industry. Her name is now counted among the highest paid Bhojpuri actresses. 

Rani began her career at the age of 14. Till date, she has acted in over 200 films. Every year, she does about four to five films and she also has her own YouTube channel as well. 

Not many are aware of the fact that Rani got her first film with Manoj Tiwari by chance. While she had gone to watch the shooting of a project on the sets, comedian-turned-actor KK Goswami happened to meet her. He asked her if she would like to be an actress. He also contacted Rani's mother and that's how she bagged the film opposite Manoj Tiwari. 

Reportedly, for Sasura Bada Paisawala, Rani was paid a sum of Rs 10 thousand as fee. At present, she charges between Rs 5-8 lakh per film. She will soon be seen in Punjabi cinema as well.
