After the spirited display of acrimony — one-sided, as it happened to be — Yo Yo Honey Singh and Hard Kaur made up at the Mumbai airport earlier this week. Confirming the great rappers’ patch-up Yo Yo says, “Yes, no ‘Hard’ feelings any more. I feel life is too short to hold grudges. Besides I never had any problem with her.”
Kaur had made some distinctly disparaging remarks about Yo Yo’s music, to which Yo Yo had replied with suitable sarcasm. (See box)
So how did the reconciliation happen? Says Yo Yo, “We were both at the Mumbai airport on the way to Delhi. We met in the lounge and the ice broke. She said she had never said any of those words that she was quoted as saying. I am okay with that. I don’t have any problems with anyone. Others had a problem with me for a very long time. I am glad they’ve sorted their problems in their head. All is cool.”
War of words

Honey responded sarcastically with, “Of course, I copy Hard Kaur. I worship the ground she walks on. I’ve her posters in my room since I was a teenager. Which rapper worth his salt wouldn’t want to copy a legend like Ms Kaur?”
