Why did Shahid Kapoor and Mira Rajput throw a private party?

Shahid Kapoor and Mira Rajput's marriage had been the talk of the town for the entire month. Whether it was their intimate wedding ceremony in Delhi or their grand Mumbai reception, the couple was in news all the time. Recently, the actor and his wife organised a private party for some of their close industry friends at his Juhu home. 

A source close to the actor tells us, "There were a lot of friends who could not be a part of Shahid's wedding celebrations and could not come for the reception. Shahid decided to call them over for a party at his own house instead." Now that's what you call being a great friend.

So who all attended the party? "Sajid Nadiadwala came with his wife, Karan Johar and Anurag Kashyap also came along. Vishal Bhardwaj was also seen attending Shahid's party." We guess, it was a party kept mostly for his filmmaker friends who missed out on his wedding!
