Ever noticed that while a lay person complains about their eternal search for their soulmate, how so many television actors end up meeting their dream girl or boy within a matter of months? And most even get married!

Take for instance actors Vahbbiz Dorabjee and Vivan Dsena of Pyaar Ki Yeh Ek Kahani. Vahbbiz says, “We first met at Balaji during the course of our acting workshops. But it was only at an outdoor schedule in Panchgani that we had a blast, became friends and fell in love. Since we are on the same show, we do get to spend some time together, even if are not paired opposite each other.”

The actor, however, insists that they start dating because they felt a real connection. “We are still in touch with our friends and meet our friends regularly. We have a life beyond our show,” says Vahbbiz.

Actors Ashita Dhawan Gulabani and Shaillesh Gulabani spend almost the entire day around each other. Apart having worked in Bidaai, the duo is also married. Ashita recalls, “We first met at the Star Parivar party in May 2005. We were from the same college, but never interacted then.. eventually he fell in love with me too and here we are today!” Ashita says that though they spend the entire day around each other, the only time they get spend quality time is when “they are in their makeup room during breaks”.

Actor Kritika Kamra says that the day she started dating colleague Karan Kundra of Kitni Mohabbat Hai, was “the best day of her life. It all started when we were called for a look test and had to do a couple of romantic scenes together. We used to spend almost the entire day with each other, shooting, so yes, it could be one of the reasons for falling in love,” smiles Kritika.
