In the final trailer for Wonder Woman, Gal Gadot's Diana goes to war, against her mother's advise, to save the mankind from themselves.

Exploring Wonder Woman's origin story, the self-titled movie is next in DC Universe, setting up the stage for Justice League. First, we saw Diana in Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice, outsmarting the two iconic superheroes. In Wonder Woman, we will know how and why.

The 2.42-minute-long clip begins with Queen Hippolyta trying to dissuade young Diana from getting into any kind of danger and the young lady keeps asking to hold maybe just a shield. The conversation between the mother and the daughter is intercut with Diana running towards the enemy, through the trenches, bullets ricocheting off her shield and Bracelets of Submission.

Then Diana meets Steve Trevor who fuels her eagerness to do good as he explains the dire situation of the war that is going on. We get a good look of Maru/ Doctor Poison for the first time. She lives up to her moniker!

Once with Trevor, before heading out to war, Diana also has to learn the ways of mankind to be one of them.

But the ultimate goal is to stop the war, this is exactly what we see Diana attempt.

Set to Imagine Dragons' 'Warriors', the trailer is the most promising of them all.
