Social media couldn't handle it when the news of Tom Hanks, Oprah Winfrey, and Bruce Springsteen taking a trip to French Polynesia on a yacht, owned by billionaire David Geffen, with former US President Barack Obama and former First Lady Michelle Obama broke.

There was nothing much to be done but imagine how the vacation might have been. But appearing on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert, Tom Hanks spilt the beans.

Hanks was on the show to promote his new movie The Circle, looking all tanned, thanks to the trip people would have killed to be on. He told the audience that they need to triple whatever they have been imagining about the trip because it was 'off the scale fantastic.'

The Toy Story star recounted an incident when the group rented bikes to sightsee on shore. Everyone got the shiny bikes with gear and all shebang and Tom Hanks was left with a rusty, old, 'an undersized, girl's bike.'

As he rode by the small huts on the island, natives waved at him and called out his 'crappy bike.'

Speaking about the power food chain, Tom Hanks rated himself very low on the level.  But he said that they talked a lot about ideas and other things. But Barack Obama couldn't discuss most of it for the information was 'classified.' "I'd like to share a tonne of stories from it, but they’re classified," Obama told Hanks.
