'A Death In The Gunj' will be screened at the Toronto Film Festival 2016

One of B-Town's most talented actresses, Konkona Sensharma has turned into a director with A Death In The Gunj. The movie is all set to be screened at the prestigious Toronto Film Festival this year in a special presentation. Konkona has also written the script for the film.

The festival trailer of the movie has been released on July 26 which boasts of a stellar ensemble cast including, Kalki Koechlin, Om Puri, Ranvir Shorey, Vikrant Massey, Gulshan Devaiah, Tanuja Mukherjee and Tillotama Shome.

The movie is set in 1979 and explores how a shy Indian student, fatefully unravels a murder mystery during a family vacation in McCluskiegunj near Ranchi. The trailer looks quite intriguing as it had us hooked to it completely.
