The makers of Shraddha Kapoor and Aditya Roy Kapur starrer OK Jaanu have unveiled the much awaited 'The Humma Song' from the film and we are totally digging in the exuberant and vivacious vibe of the song.

'The Humma Song' in Ok Jaanu attempts to recreate the 'Parandhu Sella Vaa' song sequence in OK Kanmani. 'Humma' in OK Jaanu is a reprised version of the hit number by AR Rahman in Bombay. On just listening to the song (minus the visuals), without a doubt, we feel that we like the original composition by Rahman way more than this one.

Coming to the visuals, the track has been shot in a strikingly beautiful setting. We heart the vibrant prismatic hues in the backdrop. The easy-breezy choreography on this peppy, upbeat track is definitely a plus. Add to that, the sensual and enchanting chemistry between Shraddha and Aditya and you have a treat for your eyes!

Though we like this adaptation of 'The Humma Song', but at the same time, we can't help but admit that it fails to beat the original number. The music for this version of 'Humma' has been recreated by rap star Badshah and 'Banno Tera Swagger' from Tanu Weds Manu Returns fame Tanishk Bagchi.

The vocals by Jubin Nautiyal and Shashaa Tirupati are soothing to ears but we feel that Badshah's rap kind of messes it up. The track would have sounded better without the rap which seems to have been added forcefully in an otherwise decently recreated version of the song.

Watch the song for the sensuous chemistry of the lead pair:
