Watch | Silsila continues: When Amitabh Bachchan almost bumped into Rekha!

Amitabh Bachchan and Rekha have always grabbed headlines for their torrid love affair which had hit headlines in the 80s. It was rumoured that Big B and Rekha's intimate relationship had caused trouble in his marriage with Jaya Bachchan. Over 30 years later, the Silsila still continues. People are still waiting to see them together in one frame but it almost happened at the recently concluded HT Style Awards. 

Big B and Rekha almost bumped into each other while making an exit from the show. Now, the moment was enough for the paparazzi to go click-click. But not just that, someone even uploaded a video of the same and we were shocked. Rekha ji was on the red carpet posing with her Award before zooming off to her car when suddenly everyone around was shaken up.

Why? Big B too was making an exit with wife Jaya and daughter Shweta Bachchan. On seeing Rekha at the red carpet, Jaya didn't even wait and stormed off. It was then that Rekha too realised that the person who she was madly in love with was just a few centimetres away from her. Rekha too made a quick exit while Big B with Shweta in tow also made his way, rather slowly towards the gate. 

By the time the duo made it to the exit gates, Rekha was already getting in her car and went off. They didn't meet, greet or talk. There was just a second of eye-contact. But definitely, their Silsila still continues.
