Just as the dust after Suicide Squad was settling, Ben Affleck on Monday evening (IST) tweeted a small video of what appears to be a new villain in DC Universe. If we are to speculate, this could be Deathstroke from the Teen Titans cartoon series. The character is wearing an armour of blue and orange mesh which looks inspired by the animated version than the villains' comic book version.

Also known as 'The Terminator', Deathstroke can be part of any of the movies from DC Universe currently on floor for Warner Bros. Since it's been announced that the villain for 'Justice League' is Steppenwolf, there is a possibility that Deathstroke is being controlled by Steppenwolf just like Lex Luthor was in Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice.

Deathstroke, whose name is Slade Wilson, is a one-eyed lethal weapon. In the comic books, he was responsible for strategically taking out several members of Justice League.

So, does Ben Affleck's tweet sounds an alarming bell for the metahuman project still in its infancy? We shall find out when 'Justice League' hits the theatres in 2017.
