Kangana Ranaut recently unveiled the first theatrical trailer of Tanu Weds Manu Returns and it is nothing short of outstanding. Simple, adorable and yet another likeable slice of life film, Tanu Weds Manu Returns has already upped our expectations.

Kangana who won hearts with her effortless performance in Queen will be back- this time in a double role. Kangana will be reprising her Tanu avatar and will also be seen playing a Haryanvi athlete- Kusum aka Datto in the film.

Talking about the double roles, Kangana said, "The best part about the film was the double role. This is my first ever double role and normally, when you see double roles, usually one of them is the sweet one and the other one is usually shaitaan. Here. one is shaitaan and the other is sava-shaitaan," Kangana laughs.

If playing dual characters was difficult, there was something that challenged Kangana as an actress. The Haryanvi dialogues. "I did not have to learn the language totally. But even for the scenes with Kusum, you will see me mouth some fiery Haryanvi lines. I had my tutor there on the sets who helped me with the diction. But I just needed to learn the lines in the script. Outside the script, I didn't make any efforts to learn the language in particular. But it was definitely challenging," the actress replied back.

Having played both the roles, given a choice, which one will Kangana pick as her favourite. "Both of them are really close to my heart. So I won't pick one. But definitely playing Datto was more difficult because it was a new character altogether"
