Vivek Oberoi clarifies why he walked out of an event when asked about Salman Khan!

It happened years ago, but people haven’t forgotten about the Salman Khan-Vivek Oberoi fight. At an event on Friday, Vivek was asked what he thought about the Indian Olympic Committee’s decision to select Salman as the Goodwill Ambassador. Without a word the actor walked out from the venue. 

Soon stories started floating about how Vivek was still scared of answering anything on Salman. History has it that ever since that dreaded press conference which Vivek organised, slamming the superstar for threatening him, the two haven't been on good terms. So much that even after publicly apologising to Salman on stage, the actor hasn't forgiven Vivek. Hence, when someone asked him whether he will patch up with Salman, he avoided that question too. 

However, a source close to Vivek says, “Vivek had already started walking from the venue when the question was asked so he didn’t hear the question. That’s why he didn’t reply. The next thing he knew it had become a big controversy.” In this case, Vivek knows selective hearing is preferable to foot-in-the-mouth. We still don;t know if this is indeed the truth or just a defensive measure!
