Vishal Bhardwaj's trilogy of 'Maqbool', 'Omkara' and 'Haider' to be converted into books

Vishal Bhardwaj has simply mastered the art of bringing complex Shakespearean plays come alive on the silver screen. With his Hamlet adaptation in Haider, the maverick director has complete the trilogy and now we hear, scripts of all his three films- Maqbool, Omkara and Haider will be converted into books.

In a recent interview with Shahid Kapoor, the actor too confirmed the same. "Yes, all the three films- Maqbool, Omkara and Haider will be made into books. Basically, it's the original screenplay and the script of the films which will be converted into books.", Shahid said.

When asked if he is happy with the news, he smiled. "Of course, I would be happy to feature on the book's cover. And I believe all the other cast members from his other films will be equally happy as well".

Vishal Bhardwaj who has beautifully captured the essence of Shakespearean plays in his movies is mighty pleased with the news and is eagerly waiting for his Haider to hit theatres this October 2.
