In a matter of a month, two big scandals have hit the entertainment industry. While TVF's Arunabh Kumar was in news for exploiting several women and making sexual advances towards many, Phantom Films' Vikas Bahl too has been accused of molesting a young female employee.
Mumbai Mirror ran a front page story about alleged sexual harassment by a top notch Bollywood director and subsequently him being booted out of the film production house that he co-founded with three others in 2011. Now the characters of this drama embroiled in this controversy have offered conflicting versions. According to information available with the tabloid, a young woman working at Phantom Films had alleged that she was molested by Vikas Bahl, director of Queen, on a trip to Goa a few months ago.
Ever since, it has become a topic of discussion in all media and filmy circles. Kangana Ranaut reacted to the news on Tuesday and now, Varun Grover who's written Masaan and has also penned lyrics for several Phantom projects including Raman Raghav 2.0, Bombay Velvet, Udta Punjab has released a statement slamming Bahl and the likes of molesters. Here's what he said -
