Varun Dhawan and Alia Bhatt starrer Badrinath Ki Dulhania is going strong at the box office. Another desi heartland romantic saga, this film is complete paisa vasool entertainment.

Varun fans and Alia fans have gone berserk over their incredible on screen camaraderie and the film has turned out to be a huge money spinner at the box office. The film collected Rs 12.25 crore on Friday and added another Rs 14.75 crore on Saturday.

It's a 20% growth which is a good trend for the film. The upward growth also shows that the film is connecting well with the masses. While the prequel did a business of around Rs 50 crore nett in India, it will easily pass that in the next two days. Now, what needs to be seen is how the film holds on during the weekdays.
