There have been numerous horror stories of Uber drivers being rude and unprofessional with their female clients. And now stand up comedian Mallika Dua became the latest victim of one such unethical and rude driver.

This mentor on Great Indian Laughter Challenge was abused by an Uber driver who asked her to get off from his cab and used cuss words in broad daylight. Mallika Dua shared her horrendous experience with cab service and complained about the lack of customer support as well as the rising safety concerns while using the app-based cab service.

In her long Facebook post, she even mentioned at how the driver mocked at Uber's current campaign 'apni gaadi samjho'. Narrating her experience she wrote what the driver said to her, "Uber Tum logon ko ad mein kuch bhi dikhaata hai ki apna gaadi samjho. Aisa kuch nahi” we got into a very heated argument where I yelled my guts out at him screaming How battameez he is and how I will take action and he said “nikkal tu gaadi se b*****d” and started to drive off with me still in the car. "

There have been many instances about women's safety while travelling in a private cab. But Mallika Dua’s experience has to be one of the most bizarre encounters where the driver was unnecessarily rude and displayed extremely unprofessional behaviour when the young comic asked him to increase the AC temperature. Mallika shared a screenshot of the details of the cab driver, named Chetan, and her encounter with this angry driver.

Uber was forced to react to her allegations. But the comedian says that she is not with them yet.

Wonder after a consumer friendly ad campaign, Uber will be able to keep their cab service users including Mallika Dua happy.
