Pooja Bhatt has announced an "amicable split" from husband of 11 years Manish Makhija. Yesterday the actress-producer-director took to the micro blogging site to declare, " To all those who care and especially those that don't my husband Munna and Me have decided to part ways after 11 glorious years of marriage. Our split as some might call it is amicable and we hold each other in the highest esteem for now and forever. The reason I explain is because we are both part of the public domain. Our friends, well wishers and foes are free to now speculate."

She truly is Mahesh Bhatt's daughter. She believes in full disclosure. While most celebrities try to cover up news of a split, Pooja put it out there even before the speculation began. Her father Mahesh Bhatt retweeted her statements.
