Now that Ranbir Kapoor and Katrina Kaif are moving into their newly found love nest, everything seemed to have been falling place. But in a recent turnover of events, it seems that Katrina is still not too much welcome into the Kapoor khandaan.
The story goes like this: Ranbir attended cousin Nitasha Nanda's birthday along with the entire Kapoor family with alleged beau Katrina Kaif tugging along with him. Previously, Ranbir's mom Neetu Kapoor and Katrina have maintained a strong bond with each other and have spent some nice moments together.
Neetu had even flown to South Africa during the Jagga Jasoos shoot to spend some time with Ranbir and Katrina. The Dhoom 3 actress also rushed back to Mumbai to visit ailing Rishi Kapoor at Krishna Raj. But one photograph seemed to have brought out their internal tension to the forefront.
While Katrina was very well a part of the birthday party, hardly was she noticed or were her pictures flashed on social networking sites. The Kapoor family posed happily for photographs and in one picture, Katrina was spotted standing beside Neetu but the doting mom decided to crop out Katrina before posting it on the digital platform.

Whereas mom Neetu Kapoor clearly cut Katrina out of the picture before uploading her version on Twitter.
Ranbir moving out with Katrina might very well be a reason for the bone of contention between the two ladies and Ranbir known to be a mam's boy is now stuck between the two women in his life. Not just that, it might also be a well planned move to make sure the Ranbir-Katrina story is still kept under wraps and the two do not face yet another bombardment of questions from the media. What the truth is, only time will tell!
