Trailer of Subhash Ghai's new film 'Kaanchi' starring Kartik Tiwari and newcomer Mishti tells tale of power

Kaanchi - The Unbreakable is an upcoming film produced and directed by Subhash Ghai, starring Kartik Tiwari and newcomer Mishti, with supporting roles played by Rishi Kapoor, Mithun Chakraborty. Kaanchi is a story of the inner power of a woman who represents millions of suppressed youth against injustice in the country. The story of an innocent rural beauty and her fight against power. The film is set to be released on April 25, 2014.

Subhash Ghai is a film director, producer and screenwriter. His most notable films include Kalicharan (1976), Karz (1980), Hero (1983), Meri Jung (1985), Karma (1986), Ram Lakhan (1989), Saudagar (1991), Khalnayak (1993), Pardes (1997) and Taal (1999). He launched Mukta Arts, a film production company in 1982, and is known as the "showman" of Hindi cinema, for making epic films that portray grandeur and very rich themes.

Earlier Subash Ghai launched actresses Madhuri Dixit, Manisha Koirala, Mahima Chaudhry.
