Tollywood director Krish’s ‘Kanche’ to now release on 6 November

Tollywood director Krish recently debuted in Bollywood with the film Gabbar is Back. Now, the director is back to Telugu cinema and has directed Kanche which stars Varun Tej and debutant Pragya Jaiswal in the lead roles. Bollywood actor Nikitin Dheer also plays an important role in this movie. 

This romantic drama, set in the pre-Independence era, was to release on 2 October but now the makers are planning to push the release to 8 November. According to reports the filmmakers are still in talks with the distributors and want to get a good number of theatres in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh. 

The scenes shot in the World War II era are some of the major highlights in this film. Bollywood music director Chirantan Butt is making his debut in Tollywood with this movie. 

The film's audio was launched on Ganesh Chathurthi. The film has been produced by Saibabu Jagarlamudi and Y Rajeev Reddy.
