Tollywood actor Nithiin yet to give his nod for 'Eeti' Telugu remake

This movie just released in Tamil as Eeti but there is already talk of it being remade in Hindi, Telugu and Kannada. News is that while Shahid Kapoor will play the lead in Hindi it would be actor Nithiin in Telugu.

The Tamil film starred Atharvaa Murali who played the role of an athlete whose life changes when he comes to Chennai to take part in a competition. Sri Divya played the lead heroine opposite him. the movie was directed by debut director Ravi Arasu and produced by  Michael Rayappan of Media One Global Entertainment.

However, sources close to actor Nithiin reveal that he is yet to sign the Telugu remake of Eeti. They say that the actor has been busy shooting for his film with Samantha directed by Trivikram Srinivas. The source adds, "The Tamil producers have approached Nithiin to play Atharva's role in Telugu. The actor will see the movie in a few days and then take a call on whether he is signing it." So as of now, he is yet to see the film.
