Bollywood filmmakers Madhur Bhandarkar, Sanjay Gupta and Punit Malhotra on Tuesday hailed the Supreme Court's judgement striking down the section 66A of the IT act, which provides power to arrest a person for posting allegedly "offensive" content on websites.

Bollywood filmmakers Madhur Bhandarkar, Sanjay Gupta and Punit Malhotra on Tuesday hailed the Supreme Court's judgement striking down the section 66A of the IT act, which provides power to arrest a person for posting allegedly "offensive" content on websites.
The apex court upheld the freedom of expression while announcing the verdict today. Bollywood filmmakers took to Twitter to express their happiness over the news.
