This wasn't the first time Pratyusha attempted suicide: Sara Khan's shocking revelation

Pratyusha Banerjee went away too young. The TV actress who rose to fame after her Anandi act on Colors committed suicide on Friday. Many celebrities condoled her untimely death but it was friend Sara Khan who revealed something extremely shocking. 

Sara, in a chat with a leading online portal said that this wasn't the first time that Pratyusha attempted suicide. "Piyu (Pratyusha) tried committing suicide twice in the last two months. My maid, who used to work at her place earlier, told me a few days ago that she had tried to consume poison once and on another occasion, had tried to jump out from her balcony." It was her maid who saved her each time. "Both times, the maid managed to save her, but she quit the job because she was unable to handle the stress."

Some even hinted at foul-play but initial reports suggest that Pratyusha died of asphyxiation and ruled out any possibilities of murder. Now, the viscera has been sent for a post-mortem and the report will finally paint a clearer picture. 

Pratyusha was in a long-term relationship with Rahul Raj Singh and wanted to get married. But their affair was a troubled one. Confirms Sara, "She constantly asked Rahul when they would tie the knot and sometimes even wore sindoor. She had even kept her wedding joda ready. There was too much tension between them, as Rahul would constantly comment on her previous relationships. That would affect her. Recently his ex-girlfriend Saloni had come to their house and they had a showdown"
