This is Sarah Paulson’s mystery date to the Emmys!

Emmy nominee Sarah Paulson, who is in contention for Best Actress in a Limited Series for her role as Marcia Clarke in Ryan Murphy’s true crime mini-series The People v. OJ Simpson: American Crime Story as well as Ryan Murphy’s American Horror Story, revealed that her lover Holland Taylor won’t be her date to the award show this year!

But there is no reason to fret yet because there is no trouble in paradise. In fact, Paulson has decided to take her inspiration, the one time OJ Simpson prosecutor and real life Marcia Clarke, who she played on the show to the Emmys red carpet and by her side.

Clarke told Access Hollywood, “I was incredibly honoured that Sarah asked me to go with her to the Emmys and it will be my privilege to be there to cheer her on.”
