Shahid Kapoor rocks the 'grunge-hot' look in 'Udta Punjab'!

Shahid Kapoor has been testing the patience of all his fans since releasing a teaser and a motion poster on Twitter. Giving us a glimpse of what is in store for everyone eagerly waiting for his upcoming movie, Udta Punjab. He tweeted this a little while ago and temperature just shot up across the country!

Shahid is rocking the grungy rockstar look and has transformed himself for the film. He will be playing a Punjabi rockstar, Tommy Singh, who gets embroiled in drug controversies.

Returning to his forte of doing serious films, Udta Punjab is based on the issue of drug abuse crisis in Punjab and will also star Kareena Kapoor Khan, Alia Bhatt and Diljit Dosanjh. Three parallel stories will run through the film and has been directed by Ishqiya and Dedh Ishqiya director, Abhishek Chaubey. Udta Punjab is all set to release on June 17.
