The new Tantrum King? Karan Patel's behaviour at an awards ceremony shocks everyone!

Karan Patel might be a rage on the small screen and a household name now after his stint on TV's popular show 'Yeh Hai Mohabbatein'. But there's more to the actor which doesn't meet everyone's eyes. The viewers love his character on the show but in real life, Karan's tantrums has left everyone around exasperated. 

So the story goes like this. At the recently concluded Star Parivaar Awards 2016, Karan was scheduled to come in around 12 pm to finish his media interactions and photoshoot. The actor was nowhere to be seen even when the clock ticked 1 pm. The event organisers made frantic calls to the actor and his team but to no avail. 

Spotboye.com reports, "Finally, after a good six-hour wait, the star walked in only at 6 pm. Sadly, the event organisers’ trouble didn’t end there. As soon as the actor reached the premises, he threw a fit – Karan was mighty pissed that his vanity van couldn’t be parked next to his car."

A crew member told the website, "Karan said that he wants his van to be parked right next to his car so that he doesn’t have to walk too much to go up to his vanity van. Can you believe it! He also said that they should arrange for a temporary restroom next to his van. He gave the organisers a very hard time."

The organisers gave in and it was only after all the arrangements were made that Karan decided to come out of his vanity van. So much for stardom! Seems Karan is slowly turning out to be the tantrum king of TV!
