Sushant Singh Rajput joins the nepotism debate, here's what he had to say!

It all started after a fiery and feisty Kangana Ranaut literally attacked Karan Johar on his own show Koffee with Karan earlier this year and called him the flagbearer of nepotism. His crime? Giving breaks to several Bollywood star kids. 

Since then, it has become the ultimate talk of the town. Both starkids and industry outsiders have made their opinions heard on several platforms. 

One outsider who has made it big in the industry, sans any filmy connection is Delhi boy Sushant Singh Rajput. He climbed his way to the top and how! During the trailer launch of Raabta when he was asked about the whole nepotism row, he didn't hesitate to explain his stance. 

He said -

"Almost all the films I have done and the films I am doing in one and a half years and the films I really want to do are the many options and I had the luxury of choosing these films. So, from a personal point of view, I cannot complain. Having said that, it's not that it is there and it's everywhere in all sorts of industry, not just Bollywood. If you allow new talents from outside also to flourish and encourage them more, then it's good. If you don't allow that, then there's a problem and I think the whole structure of industry would collapse."
