Suriya to clash with Shah Rukh Khan and Hrithik Roshan

While the makers of Kaabil and Raees have accepted the inevitable clash, on January 25, now there is South super star Suriya’s Tamil action film S3 (directed by Hari) and the third part of the Singam franchise releasing a day later, on January 26 to cash in on the Republic Day weekend.

After a number of postponements (last release date was December 15, 2015) the makers now have decided to clash with the two B-Town superstars. Suriya returns as the khaki-clad super cop in this film based on a real-life incident. While the film will not have as big a release all over India, it is expected to rake in big money in some pockets.

The first two parts of the Singam series were money spinners. S3,  also stars Anushka Shetty and Shruti Haasan.
