Supreme Court to decide Salman Khan's fate on 'Black buck case' on October 28

An incident that dates back to 1998, Salman Khan had been embroiled in a legal tussle for his 'black buck case' ever since then. Supreme Court has decided to give their final decision about the black buck case on October 28.

Supreme Court has criticised the stay on conviction granted to Salman and said that the law should be same for all.

Salman Khan had already been sentenced to five years in jail by a trial court but was out on bail. He had also filed an affidavit on August 27 claiming that he should be allowed to travel around the world for his profession. 

Salman had been accused of hunting and killing two Chinkaras and a black buck during the shoorting of 'Hum Saath Saath Hai' in Rajasthan. And now with Supreme Court officially announcing that the final disposal of the case will be made on October 28, it is only about time that we hear the final judgment.
