'Sundhara Travels' actress Radha alleges jail convict made threatening call to her

Tamil actress Radha has alleged that a criminal lodged in Chennai's Puzhal prison made a threatening call to her. She alleged that the history sheeter who has been lodged in Puzhal jail threatened to kill her if she did not keep away from her producer-boyfriend Munivel.

In the audio, the caller identifies himself as Vairam from Sriperumbadur. The call was reportedly made on August 18 and the police is currently investigating the case. 

According to reports, Vairam has eight criminal cases registered against him and was earlier arrested under Goondas Act. Radha made her debut with Sundhara Travels and immediately became popular as her performances with co-actors Murali and Vadivelu was praised. 

In the past, Radha was in news for lodging a complaint against then-boyfriend entrepreneur Faizul, claiming that he had threatened to make their private videos public. Earlier, she had also made casting couch allegations against producer SV Thangaraj.
