Stand-up comic Abish Mathew got engaged to Malayalam actress Archana Kavi on Monday. Abish Mathew was part of the controversial AIB roast and is a well-known comic in India.

Archana is best known for her performance in the 2009 Malayalam film Neelathamara. She has acted in both Malayalam and Tamil films.

Abish Mathew’s family and Archana’s family are said to be friends and Archana said yes to the proposal. The actress has lived in New Delhi most of her life.
