A few days ago, Sonakshi Sinha and her Noor co-star Purab Kohli explored lesser known parts of Mumbai. This was part of a song sequence where Purab, who plays a photojournalist in the film, shows Sonakshi her own city through his eyes. The duo shot at the Railway Yard in Wadala, at the Worli Fort, Salt Pan, BPT Colony, and the cement yard at Reay Road.

A source from the sets told a tabloid, "The song comes when Noor begins to fall for Purab's character Ayan. The locations are quaint yet distinct and make her fall in love with the city again. Director Sunhill Sippy, a photography enthusiast, had taken pictures of these locations years ago and decided to shoot there."

Sunhill admitted to the paper that he's been documenting the area for five years. "There's a contemplative beauty that made me rethink my perspective on the city. It was the perfect setting for Noor to be reintroduced to a city she thought she knew well," he adds.
