Beyonce used Blue Ivy to let mum know she didn't like her wedding dress

'Lemonade' hitmaker Beyonce did not like her wedding dress, reveals her mother Tina Knowles.

The attire was designed by her mother and the singer even hinted to her distaste towards the frock by advising her parent not to make Blue Ivy's marital attire, reported Femalefirst.

"She was so sweet to let me do that," said Tina.

"She (Beyonce) came back later one day and she said, 'You know, when my daughter gets married, I'm going to let her pick out her own dress'. Maybe she wasn't so excited about it at the time, but she's a sweetheart," she added.

The 34-year-old singer received the fashion icon gong at this year's CFDA Awards and praised her parent for the creative masterpieces she made for her and the Destiny's Child band members.
