Shocking! TV reality show singer arrested for robbery

Buzz is that a former reality show singer has been arrested for stealing a whopping Rs 80 Lakh from two employees of a rice trader in Punjabi Bagh area.

According to the reports that are doing rounds on several web portals, the accused Puneet Anand was arrested by a team of north west district police on August 24. The police arrested 28-year0-old Puneet from a bus stand near Pitampura metro station. 

Reportedly, Puneet, who is a singer, lived with his parents in Karala area and was absconding after stealing the amount on July 28. He has apparently taken part in a popular television reality show in the year 2009, as per the officer. 

Investigations brought to light that Puneet and his friends, Susheel and Monty, were also involved in the robbery. He (Puneet) admitted to being a part of the robbery during police interrogation. 

Reportedly, three accused Ajit, Ashu and Mukesh have already been arrested by the police.
