Shah Rukh Khan's Happy New Year has been working stupendously well at the overseas circuit ever since its release. Given that SRK enjoys a huge fan base in the international arena, huge numbers were anyway expected from the film. And if we recall, it was Farah Khan-Shah Rukh Khan's previous outing Om Shanti Om which had broken all records at its time of release. With HNY raking in huge moolah globally, it has now beaten the lifetime overseas collections of Hrithik Roshan-Katrina Kaif starrer Bang Bang.

The Hrithik Roshan starrer had collected around $13.1 million in the overseas market but even before two weeks of its release, the SRK-Deepika Padukone film has crossed Bang Bang's collections. HNY has already netted around $13.25 million and is still working exceedingly well. Shah Rukh Khan's best at the overseas market is My Name Is Khan which had netted around $23 million.

Whether the film will turn out to be SRK's biggest bet at the global arena still needs to be seen!
