Shah Rukh Khan’s 'Dilwale' more anticipated than Ranveer-Deepika’s 'Bajirao Mastani', say fans!

The day for the big clash is inching closer. December 18 is almost here and the stage is set for two of the biggest Bollywood films to go head to head with each other. Shah Rukh Khan’s Dilwale and Ranveer Singh-Deepika Padukone’s Bajirao Mastani are all set to battle it out at the box office this Friday. But before the box office battle begins, Shah Rukh has already won the first round!

How? In a recent poll organized by a leading Bollywood portal, fans were asked to vote for the film they would like to watch among Dilwale and Bajirao Mastani. Finally, the verdict is out. With 69 percent of the total votes, Shah Rukh-Kajol’s Dilwale has leaped way ahead of Bajirao Mastani which received only 31 percent of the votes.

Now that says it all. The anticipation for the Rohit Shetty directorial is way higher than Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s period drama. While Rohit is known for his pan-India audience reach, thanks to his paisa vasool family entertainers, Sanjay is famous for creating huge canvases for his masterpieces. Although the first round is done, we wonder who will win the second round. Which film will be more appreciated by the audience?
