Selena Gomez joins WME, Brillstein

Washington: Selena Gomez has signed with WME as well as Brillstein for management.

According to the Hollywood Reporter, the 21-year-old American actress and singer, who recently removed her parents as managers, has hired WME and Brillstein to represent her.

The management changes are crucial as Gomez plans to move past her teen idol image and enter the more adult-oriented fare in film and music.

She recently starred in Harmony Korine's girls-gone-wild crime drama Spring Breakers, and as a mysterious street urchin in the action thriller Getaway, opposite Ethan Hawke.
