Here is some good news for glamour-starved Kannada movie buffs. Bollywood actress Sayali Bhagat, who has acted in Hindi films such The Train, Good Luck and Ghost, is acting in the Kannada film - Home Stay. Actor Ravi Kale is also playing a key role in this suspense thriller that is based on the infamous Mangalore home stay attack.

Sayali is playing the lead role in Home Stay and the film is going to be made in Kannada, Hindi and Tamil. However, Sayali will be acting only in the Kannada and Hindi versions whereas Shirin will be playing the same role in the Tamil film.

"It's really nice, to be able to act in a Kannada film. The script is quite interesting and honestly, I couldn't resist it when director Santosh Kodenkeri narrated it to me," says Bhagat, who has already acted in two Telugu films and one Tamil flick apart from Hindi films.

Explaining a little more about the film, she goes on to add, "This film has quite a lot of elements that suspense movies are identified with. The audience will want to know what happens next, as they watch it."
