Salman Khan — who is known to take newcomers under his wing — has now become Godfather to Aditya Panscholi and Zarina Wahab’s son Suraj who is all set to enter Bollywood. Buzz is that the good-looking lad who had been drawing interest from several filmmakers, will make his debut in Salman’s production. The launch vehicle is said to be a remake of Subhash Ghai’s Hero.
According to insiders, Suraj is already prepping for his debut under Salman’s guidance. "Right from his work-outs to his acting skills, he’s busy honing them up as he wants to hit the right note with his very first big screen outing," say sources.
Aditya confirms that his son is gearing up for a Bollywood launch, but refuses to comment on who is producing the film. "Suraj has Salman’s backing, but I cannot talk about their films or work. It’s best that Salman or the production house make the right announcements and I think they will too in due time," says Aditya.
Aditya admits that he is excited about his beta following his footsteps to become an actor. The proud papa says, "As a parent you always want your child to do the best, no matter what profession he or she chooses." So is Aditya pairing up with his real son on reel? "Not in this one for sure. But yes, later on perhaps. Why not?" asks Aditya.
