Salman Khan's 'Bodyguard 2' already in the pipeline, confirms Atul Agnihotri

Salman Khan, who's known for his trademark antics and his masala entertainers struck gold with Dabangg and carried the baton forward with a record smashing Bodyguard. The iconic character of Salman from the film- Lovely Singh was loved by all. Now we hear, Bodyguard 2 is already underway.

Talking to a leading website, the film's producer and Salman's brother-in-law Atul Agnihotri confirmed on making a sequel to Bodygaurd. Bodyguard 2 will have a fresh story with no connections to its sequel.

Bodyguard, starring Salman and Kareena Kapoor ended in a way which leaves no room for continuation. Hence the producer and his team is looking forward to bringing a new script in place before locking in on Salman's dates for the film. 

Salman has a busy schedule with as many as five releases already announced with him in the lead. Also, Atul does not want to rush in and wants to make sure that the sequel is better than the original. But although Atul decided to stay tight lipped about the project, the news of Salman reprising Lovely Singh will make all his fans smile.
