Salman Khan's Bajrangi Bhaijaan has turned out to be one of his best films till date. Both content-wise and business-wise. Loaded with emotions and values, BB is unlike other Salman starrers, laced with dishoom-dishoom and gibberish dialoguebaazi. This film has a heart and it's just in the right place. That has ensured a positive word of mouth for the film and audiences from all over the country are flocking to theatres to catch the film.

The film, which opened to a decent Rs 27.50 crore on Friday grew each day and had already raked in over Rs 150 crore in three days flat, thereby beating previous records set by Aamir Khan and Shah Rukh Khan. The movie performed consistently well on Wednesday, raking in around Rs 18.02 crore, taking the total collections to a whopping Rs 169.07 crore.

With collections nearing the Rs 170 crore in just six days, the movie might add another Rs 15-16 crore on Thursday and the first week collections of the film will settle in around Rs 185 crore mark, which is a huge total. That would also mean that Bajrangi Bhaijaan will easily cross the lifetime collections of Hrithik Roshan's Bang Bang by the end of the day and Aamir Khan's PK's first week collections as well.

But from the pace of the film, it looks possible for the film to beat Dhoom 3's first week collections which is also around around the Rs 185 crore mark. If Bajrangi Bhaijaan beats Dhoom 3, we won't be surprised.
