When it comes to Salman and Shah Rukh Khan, sky’s the limit for rights to the film. In fact, the music rights of Salman’s Tubelight and SRK’s  (reportedly titled) Raula have already been sold at astronomical amounts. This, despite neither film even having a trailer out yet.

Buzz is, Sony Music India has bought Tubelight’s music rights (at Rs 20 crore) and Raula (at Rs 15 crore).

These figures become even more significant if you consider that Salman’s film has three songs and SRK’s has six and that had the former added three more songs, the soundtrack would have fetched Rs 40 crore. Salman’s greater star pull is starkly evident from the fact that Tubelight’s songs are more situational as against the more commercial score of Raula.
