Salman Khan is happy for Ranbir Kapoor-Katrina Kaif

Salman Khan wears his heart on his sleeve. He isn’t the sort to mince his words and is known to speak his mind. In fact those who know him can vouch for his honesty and vulnerability. Ever since he broke up with Katrina Kaif, Salman has been asked about her, numerous times on public platforms and in private. While on TV or in media he chooses to play with his words and have fun, in person he’s quite the opposite. Recently a source close to the actor revealed what Salman truly feels about Katrina Kaif and Ranbir Kapoor moving in together and even contemplating marriage!

During the recent shoot of Bigg Boss 8, Salman was heard talking backstage about the chatter of RK and Kat settling down. Our source says, “He is genuinely happy for her. Among all his girlfriends, except for Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, Salman has actually managed to stay in touch with most of them. Be it Somy Ali, Sangeeta Bijlani or Katrina. However, now that Ranbir is with her, Salman has taken a huge step back and respects their relationship.”

While Kat continues to be part of his family (she’s attending Arpita’s wedding in Hyderabad next month), Salman is happy that she’s in a good space. The source adds, “He was quite concerned a few months ago when he heard she was low because of her fights with RK. But now that they have moved in together and even thinking of taking their relationship to the next level in 2015, he’s truly happy for Katrina.”
