SS Rajamouli's father compares actress Parul Yadav to Kareena Kapoor!

Ace writer and director KV Vijayendra Prasad, father of SS Rajamouli, went to Bengaluru and watched the Kannada film Jessie on Sunday. Vijayendra Prasad, who wrote the scripts for Baahubali and Bajrangi Bhaijaan, was really impressed with the film’s screenplay and praised actress Parul Yadav’s performance. He said the actress' performance in some scenes scared him and compared her with Bollywood actress Kareena Kapoor, the Deccan Chronicle reported.

Kannada film Jessie, which features Dhanunjay, Parul Yadav and Raghu Mukherjee in lead roles, released on March 25 and is running successfully. The film is going to be dubbed into Telugu and released with the same title. It has been directed by Pavan Wadeyar of Potugadu fame.

According to sources, producer R. Srinivas Yadav acquired the Telugu dubbing rights of this romantic thriller, which is now stated for release on April 15.

Vijayendra Prasad also gave some corrections to the director about editing before the film is released in Telugu. The makers plan to shoot a special song in Hyderabad for the Telugu audience and will launch its audio soon. The music for the film is by Anoop Seelin.
